The house is located 15 minutes from the center of town and 20 minutes from the lake (1km driving distance) In this naturally beautiful and diverse region you can choose summer and winter sport activities which include swimming, sailing, wind surfing, waterskiing, biking, golfing, hiking and mountain climbing, skiing, snowboarding and sledding. Located just a short distance from the Schmittenhöhe Tram, you can leave your car and ride the complimentary ski bus to the lift. At the end of the day, you can either ride the bus again or ski directly to the house - snow coverage permitting.
