The holiday apartment is located in a quiet multi-family house settlement in the district of Schüttdorf, south of Zell am See. Numerous shopping options and restaurants are within walking distance in Schüttdorf, and the ski lift (Areit-Express) that takes you up to Areitalm is just a few minutes' walk from the apartment. Various key boxes are hanging next to the main entrance of the building. After your booking is confirmed, you will be contacted via email regarding the key code. The apartment is on the first floor and is equipped with a small hallway and bathroom, a large living-sleeping area with a kitchenette, and a small balcony that offers partial mountain views. The building has an elevator and a basement. In the basement, there is a laundry room with a paid washing machine and a dryer, located behind the first door on the left around the corner. This room can be accessed with the central key on the keychain; the other key is the apartment key. Directly in front of the house and on the opposite side of the street, there are public, free parking spaces. The trash bins are located to the right of the building, down the ramp in the right corner.

Check-in from 3 PM, check-out by 11 AM at the latest. The key is located in the box with the yellow flower in front of the house entrance. The code will be sent via email after the deposit is made. Upon departure, please return the key to the box.
