Nestled in the quiet Schmittenstraße, the chalet is just a short walk from the nearest ski slope—only about 50 meters to slope No. 7. The town center of Zell am See is just 1 kilometer away. Hiking and biking trails begin right at the doorstep, and in summer, the lake invites you to cool off with a refreshing swim. Restaurants, shops, and recreational activities are all within easy reach.

In winter, you're only 600 meters from the CityXpress valley station, your gateway to the Schmittenhöhe mountain with 68 km of perfectly groomed slopes. Since the ski area expansion in 2019/2020, the ski pass also covers the Saalbach-Hinterglemm-Leogang-Fieberbrunn region, offering a total of 408 km of slopes.

In summer, enjoy the proximity to the lake for swimming and water sports. Numerous hiking trails start right outside your door, and the popular mountain bike trails in Saalbach and Leogang are just a short drive away. The prestigious 36-hole Leading Golf Course Zell am See-Kaprun is also only 10 minutes away by car.
