Spread over several floors, it offers plenty of space, privacy and comfort for families or groups of up to 14 people.
The chalet features 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, ensuring that everyone can feel at home. The fully equipped kitchen with separate dining area is perfect for cooking and eating together – with oven, stove, dishwasher, large fridge and coffee machine.
A real highlight is the private cellar bar – ideal for relaxing after an active day. During the day, you can unwind in the large garden or enjoy the balcony with stunning mountain views – perfect for sun lovers and nature fans.
Thanks to its peaceful valley location, the next ski slope is only a few metres away – ideal for skiers, snowboarders or families with children. In summer, the location is just as great: hiking trails around the Schmittenhöhe and varied summer activities start right outside your door.
Wi-Fi and free parking at the house are included. There is also a private ski storage room for your equipment.

Guest Mobility Ticket included
Since 1 May 2025, the new Guest Mobility Ticket is included at your host in Zell am See-Kaprun from the first night of your stay. The card is valid for your entire stay as a ticket on public transport (train, postbuses & local railways) in the federal state of Salzburg.
