Urban meets Alpine. The name says it all and there is a balcony on top! Alpine flair paired with a central location offer the perfect starting point for all adventures: be it a stroll through town or a trip up the mountain. The deluxe balcony has a bedroom with a large box spring bed and a living room with a double sofa bed.

Each apartment has ironing facilities, free WiFi, a hair dryer, central heating, a fan and a TV. Our kitchen is fully equipped: refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, dishes / cutlery, cooking utensils, coffee maker, toaster and a kettle.

The location is impressive: City Express cable car (300m), the lake (200m), a large selection of restaurants and a supermarket (100m) are just a few steps away. The train station is only 300m away. The golf course (4km) and Salzburg Airport (75km) can be easily reached by car or public transport.
